We started our business back in 1941. Now, as then, our primary product, hardwood, is being served to our customers in the form of logs, sawn materials and semi finished products. Our customers are mainly companies in the flooring, kitchen, joinery and furniture industry in the Nordic countries, Europe and Asia.

Since 2009 we have expanded our range of operations to meet demand from the rest of the wood industry and building trade on markets in Sweden and in Europe.

Skanditrä specializes in “just in time” deliveries. Therefore, we have continually invested in modern drying and storage concentration yards with high capacities.

Skanditrä is a privately owned company. The headquarter is situated in Malmö, Sweden with sales and purchasing office in Kalmar. Our Terminal and drying facilities are located in Sopron, Hungary, and in Lönneröd, Sweden.
